Returns

We accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund within 10 days of purchase.

Eligibility

  • Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required — please include a copy of the invoice you received by email.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We cannot issue refunds for items that have been damaged, worn, or broken.

 


 

Return Process

When requesting a return, please email our team at hello@klas.ca with the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Once we receive your request, our team will get back to you within 48 business hours. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to make the return process smooth and simple.

 


 

Important Details

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend tracked shipping, as Klas is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

  • Klas is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
