• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and we recommend tracked shipping, as Klas is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
• To start a return, email hello@klas.ca with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
